Nisos, Parker Hospitality’s modern Mediterranean restaurant in the West Loop, has launched brunch, every Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 3pm.

The menu includes Chef Avgeria Stapaki’s takes on brunch options like Avocado Toast, Croque Madame, French Toast, Quiche Lorraine, and Eggs Benedict. Lunch options like a Caeser Salad (inspired by chef’s time with chef Massimo Bottura), Genoa Salami Sandwich, and Nisos Burger round out the menu, with desserts that include a Carrot Cake and Pasta Flora Tart with caramelized apples and pears.
