Cantina Laredo in River North will welcome 2018 with a celebratory prix fixe, available from Friday, December 29 to Monday, January 1. Chef Cruz Almanza's three course menu, outlined below, includes the choice of starter (cranberry salad; chipotle chicken soup), entree (bone-in ribeye; halibut) and dessert (mixed berries with tequila cream; churros with chocolate raspberry sauce) for $59.99 per person. 

Optional cocktail pairings may be added for $15.99.

Blend of chicken, corn and vegetables with a hint of chipotle in a creamy soup

Cascabel Ribeye
16 oz. Certified angus beef bone-in ribeye aged 21 days then brushed with Cascabel sauce

Halibut wrapped in banana leaf with artichokes and grape tomatoes
