III Forks Prime Steakhouse, located in Lakeshore East, will ring in 2019 with a special a la carte menu. On Monday, December 31, dining guests may enjoy starters (ahi tuna; crab cake; lobster bisque), steaks (certified Angus beef prime 42 day dry age; Durham Ranch Wagyu by the Strube family), seafood (Atlantic salmon; Chilean sea bass; cold water lobster tail) and sides (off-the-cob creamed corn; lobster mac & cheese; fried brussels sprouts).

The celebratory dinner selection for the evening will be filet mignon with cold water lobster tail ($80). The complete menu is outlined below. III Forks will present an array of featured wines and bubbly by the glass, in addition to creative craft cocktails.
