On Sunday, December 31, dining guests may enjoy starters (ahi tuna; crab cake; lobster bisque), steaks (certified Angus beef prime 42 day dry age; Durham Ranch wagyu by the Strube family), seafood (Atlantic salmon; Chilean sea bass; cold water lobster tail) and sides (off-the-cob creamed corn; six cheese potatoes; sautéed spinach).
The celebratory dinner selection will be filet mignon with cold water lobster tail ($80). III Forks will present an array of featured wines and bubbly by the glass, in addition to draft and craft cocktails.
