Cantina Laredo in River North will welcome 2020 with a celebratory prix fixe menu, available from Friday, December 27 to Wednesday, January 1. Executive Chef Daniel Espinoza's four course menu, outlined below, includes the choice of starter (ceviche; shrimp bisque), ensalada de betabel, entree (grilled ribeye; pan seared sturgeon; saffron risotto) and flan for dessert. The fee is $60 per person and optional cocktail pairings (Spiced Vanilla Pear Margarita; Orange Cranberry Margarita) may be added for $10 each. Cantina Laredo's regular dinner menu will also be available.
