Consulting Chef Daniel Espinoza and Executive Chef Damon Workman's three course menu, outlined below, includes the choice of starter (hamachi crudo; ensalada de frisee), entree (braised lamb shank; pan seared sturgeon; poblano risotto) and dessert (sweet guacamole; white chocolate flan) for $65 per person. Optional cocktail pairings may be added for $15.99. Cantina Laredo's regular dinner menu will also be available.
On New Year's Eve, the lounge will remain open until 12:30 a.m. with live entertainment and a champagne toast at midnight.
