New Winter Drink Menu at The J. Parker

The J. Parker, the all-seasons rooftop lounge located atop Hotel Lincoln, has launched a new winter drink menu. Created by beverage director Emily Neff, the signature libations feature warm boozy beverages and cosmic cocktails, complete with galactic garnishes (pop rocks, edible glitter, galaxy sprinkles and more). The cocktails are $15 each, detailed below. 

The J. Parker's glass enclosed roof and floor-to-ceiling windows offer a spectacular "snow globe" environment, perfect for stargazing while sipping. The restaurant and lounge is open Monday through Thursday, 5-11 p.m.; Friday, 3 p.m.-1 a.m.; Saturday, 1 p.m.- 1 a.m.; and Sunday, 1-11 p.m. Live jazz is offered Wednesday evenings from 6-9 p.m. Breakfast is served Monday through Friday from 7-11 a.m.

Graham cracker-infused Evan Williams bourbon, marshmallow, chocolate bitters, garnished with toasted marshmallow

Ceres Vodka, Lawless bitter orange liqueur, guava tea, rosemary, lemon, splash soda, garnished with a rosemary sprig

Saturn's Return
Flor de Cana Rum, baijiu, creme de cassis, ancho reyes liqueur, habanero, lime, served with a lemon twist wrapped straw

Lunazul Reposado Tequila, prickly pear liqueur, blueberry liqueur, sage, lemon, garnished with edible glitter and star sprinkles
