Farm Bar, the “Little Sister” and third concept to join the Farmheads
group, joining Farmhouse Chicago & Farmhouse Evanston. Executive Chef Eric Mansavage
introduces a mix of mid-day favorites, featuring dishes utilizing
ingredients sourced exclusively across a four state footprint between
Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and Wisconsin. Menu highlights include Beer Onion Upside Down Cornbread, with redeye roasted mushroom gravy and poached farm egg, Country Rye Farm Toast with sour cherry cider jam, shaved dark chocolate, and maple salted sweet cream, Root Vegetable Hash, and a classic Midwestern “Farmer’s Breakfast.” A number of Farmhouse staples and hearty favorites such as the beer battered Wisconsin Cheese Curds and an array of burgers and salads, including the Pasture Raised "Classic" and Pickled Autumn Squash Salad, will also line the menu pages.
