Bottleneck Management has launched Rebel’s Hot Chicken, a new virtual kitchen out of its City Works Eatery & Pour House in Wheeling, Ill.
Rebel’s Hot Chicken puts a twist on Nashville-style hot chicken dishes with items such as spicy cauliflower and spicy fried pickles, in addition to classic dishes, including chicken wings, chicken nachos and spicy mac ‘n cheese. People can place their delivery orders on Grubhub, Uber Eats, and Door Dash. They can also order directly from the Bottleneck Rewards app (App Store or Google Play) and earn $20 when they spend $200 across any Bottleneck restaurant.
