Pippin's Tavern is introducing a new weekday lunch carvery, available Monday through Friday from 11 am to 2 pm. Guests can select a carvery station featuring rotating daily meats cooked on site throughout the day, served with a variety of breads, housemade chips, and a Pippin’s pickle jar.

  • Daily: Roasted Turkey Breast, focaccia, rosemary mayo
  • Monday: Brisket, ciabatta roll, au jus
  • Tuesday: Smoked Peppered Ham, ciabatta roll, dijonnaise
  • Wednesday: Roast Beef, ciabatta roll, horseradish cream
  • Thursday: Pork Loin, ciabatta roll, au jus
  • Friday: Prime Rib, ciabatta roll, horseradish cream
