New Happy Hour at Brasserie by C&C

Recently opened Edgewater eatery, Brasserie by C&C, has launched a new Happy Hour program. On Thursday-Saturday evenings from 4-6 p.m., lounge and dining room guests may order half-price signature cocktails (outlined below) as well as half-price Casa Humilde Cerveceria beer (West Town, Chicago).

Brasserie by C&C offers a variety of starters, for sharing and pairing over happy hour. Dishes include: herbed marconas; wild seafood ceviche; seasonal butter board; baked to order bread; pork belly crispy rice; and aged-steak tacos. Simply stop in for cocktails, or make table reservations at BrasserieByCandC.com.

• Green Rose of Sharon Mezcal Amaras Verde, housemade hibiscus concentrate, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, splash of club soda 
• El Diablo Don Julio Silver tequila, fresh lime juice, ginger beer, float of creme de cassis
