Robert's Pizza Dough & Co. has announced new Fall cocktails plus an Agave Dinner with Proximo Spirits to wrap up the month of October: 

Fall Cocktails at Robert’s Pizza

Classic flavors like pumpkin and apple as well as a few others like banana and chocolate, the cocktails include:

  • Autumn Rush – vodka, lemon juice, pumpkin puree, and apple cider
  • Easy Breezy – mezcal, triple sec, lime juice, pomegranate juice, and topped with grapefruit soda
  • Banana Chocolate Old Fashioned – banana whiskey, demerara syrup, rinse of absinthe, and a dash of chocolate bitters
  • Pumpkin Espresso Martini – a crowd favorite with an autumnal twist! 

Agave Dinner with Proximo Spirits

On Tuesday, October 27th at 6pm, Robert’s Pizzais hosting a special dinner with Proximo Spirits, pairing tequila and agave cocktails with fall dishes. The dinner is $100 per guest and features five courses including Roasted Kombucha Pumpkin Soup, Acorn Squash Pizza, Thanksgiving Pizza, Butterscotch Budino, and more. Cocktails will feature homemade syrups along with Proximo Tequila and Mezcal for a paired dinner available for one night only. Tickets will be available to purchase on OpenTable.
