New Cocktails Prepared Tableside at III Forks

III Forks Prime Steakhouse in Lakeshore East has unveiled three new cocktails, prepared and served tableside. The Stirred Martini (Nolet’s gin, dry vermouth, 1888 hand-pressed olive juice); Old Fashioned (Maker’s Mark bourbon, Angostura bitters, Luxardo maraschino cherry, fresh orange wedge); and Hanky Panky (Nolet’s gin, Fernet-Branca, sweet vermouth) arrive at the table with ingredients, glassware and garnishes served to order. The "dinner and a show" cocktails, available for a limited time, are $12 each.
