Where Camembert Mezcal meets Rhum Agricole, this crafted cocktail blends together Aperol, Apricot, Salers, and Rosé Syrup to create a sweet and savory finish. Complemented is Mordecai’s Cheese Board, a strategic layout of Chef’s Selection of Cheeses, Seasonal Mostarda, and House Made Crackers.
