Le Sud, located in Roscoe Village, will celebrate National Oysters on the Half Shell Day with a special oyster and sparkling wine pairing on Tuesday, March 31. In addition to Chef Michael Woodhall's regular dinner menu, guests will be offered a half dozen Hama Hama oysters on the half shell, with meyer lemon creme fraiche, smoked trout caviar and dill, paired with a flute of Pierre Sparr Cremant d'Alsace for $29.
