National Noodle Month Special at MAK: Modern Asian Kitchen

MAK: Modern Asian Kitchen, located in Wicker Park, announces a March National Noodle Month bowl special!

Monday, March 2 through Tuesday, March 31st

In honor of National Noodle Month, MAK will feature a Beijing Noodle special for $8.75. Based on the traditional Chinese dish Jajangmyeon, which owner Tommy Wang refers to as "the original spaghetti", the dish includes linguine style noodles with diced zucchini and onion in a savory black bean sauce topped with chopped egg and onion. (Egg can be substituted for tofu).
