III Forks Prime Steakhouse, located in Lakeshore East, will welcome Mother's Day celebrants for a special brunch on Sunday, May 13 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Chef Hans Aeschbacher's menu (outlined below) offers the choice of filet benedict; lobster benedict; shrimp and grits; steak and eggs; or lobster omelet for $49 per person (includes tea and coffee; excludes gratuity). Children 12 and under may enjoy the "young adult" menu, featuring pancakes (blueberry; strawberry; chocolate chip; pecan) or two eggs (any style) served with bacon or sausage and the choice of beverage for $18.
An a la carte menu will also be available, with an array of beginnings (ahi tuna; seared scallops; wedge salad), steaks (filet mignon; USDA prime bone in ribeye; USDA prime NY strip), seafood (Atlantic salmon; Chilean sea bass; cold water lobster tail) and sides (sautéed spinach; off-the-cob-cream corn; lobster mac and cheese).
Mimosas for the table may be added, featuring a bottle of Schramsberg Blanc de Blanc and fresh-squeezed orange juice ($50 per party of four), in addition to a bevy of wines by the glass, seasonal cocktails and signature drinks.
