Mother's Day Latin American Lincoln Square

Artango Bar and Steakhouse will host Mother's Day celebrants for brunch and dinner service on Sunday, May 12. From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Executive Chef Saul Roman will offer a three course prix fixe menu for $39 (children $19), featuring the choice of appetizer, entree and dessert. Guests will be entertained by live Latin jazz during the midday meal from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. 

During dinner service, available from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., Chef Roman will offer three courses for $55 (children $25). The prix fixe menu includes the choice of appetizer, entree and dessert. Live Latin jazz will be performed during dinner service from 5-8 p.m.

Empanadas - homemade baked argentine turnovers
Ensalada Verde - lettuce, radish, cucumber, zucchini, hearts of palm, quail egg, avocado, cumin-jalapeño vinaigrette 
Sopa - soup of the day

Main Course 
Cazuela - poached egg, portobello mushrooms, tomatoes, roasted potato, béarnaise sauce
Benedict Royale - smoked salmon, poached eggs, gluten-free grilled arepa, roasted potato, hollandaise sauce
Crepes con Mariscos - crepes, seafood, saffron-creamy sauce
Chimichurri Steak & Eggs - grilled flank steak, mashed potato, eggs, chimichurri sauce

Quinoa Risotto - quinoa, seasonal veggies, mushrooms, Manchego cheese, herb sauce 
Pato - duck breast, mashed potato, seasonal veggies 
Salmon de Passion - grilled salmon, broccolini, mashed potato, aji amarillo sauce 
Bife de Chorizo - New York strip steak served with homemade chimichurri sauce and mashed potatoes 
Ojo de Bife - rib-eye steak served with homemade chimichurri sauce and mashed potatoes 
Tapa de Ancho - top rib-eye steak served with homemade chimichurri sauce and mashed potatoes 

Third Course
Oblivion - chocolate cake and mousse, dulce de leche ice cream 
Flan - cinnamon and cardamom-infused flan, dulce de leche cream, meringue
