Executive Chef Ryan Burns has crafted a menu with sweet and savory
French brasserie-inspired favorites, from Outhier (creamy scrambled egg,
chive, vodka spiked creme fraiche, royal ossetra caviar) and Stone
Fruits Salade (marcona almond, coriander, basil and chive, vindaloo
compressed cucumber) to Croque Madame (smoked Nueske’s ham, fromage
gruyere, fried egg, sauce morney brulee) and Steak Frites (8-oz. hanger
steak, oyster mayonnaise, charred chicory). All moms will receive a
complimentary flute of champagne.
