Mother's Day Brunch at Koi

Koi, located in downtown Evanston, will offer a Mother's Day dim sum brunch, with more than 30 shareable selections (a la carte) and bottomless mimosas or bloody marys. This style of service is modeled after yum cha, the Chinese tradition of social gatherings with family and friends at a tea house. 

Koi's dim sum dishes feature traditional recipes derived from eight different regions of Southern China. The menu offers BBQ pork buns, red bean sesame balls, shrimp rice rolls, beef short ribs, congee with fish and veggies, scallion pancakes, Shanghai rice cake, pork belly and Peking duck bao buns, Koi fried rice, spicy jelly fish, chow fun rice noodles with beef, Chinese crullers, egg tart, and more.
