Morecai’s ‘Let’s Play Two’ July menu is centered around two cocktails: Vintage Amaro Daiquiri and Vintage Rum Old Fashioned. To complement the bar, Chef McKinnell is serving up Lemongrass Panna Cotta, Garlic Chip (black lime, bonito), Salmon Belly, Squid Tortellini, and Goat en Papillote (coconut rice, vegetable escabeche, and cashew curry). McKinnell and Peterson will walk guests through the history and inspiration behind the spirits and plates, providing guests with a one-of-a-kind experience in between each anticipated bite.
