Cantina Laredo modern Mexican eatery will celebrate Mexican Independence Day (9/16) with a special margarita offer. Now through Wednesday, September 16, the River North restaurant will feature their "La Bandera" margarita for $5 each.
This special 'Rita is made with Sauza Silver tequila, Cointreau, lemon
and lime juices, Midori Melon liqueur and Hiram Walker Pomegranate.
Weekday guests may kickoff their evening with happy hour from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m., featuring half-off Casaritas, house wine, draft and bottled beer. Half-priced small plates (tacos, guacamole, empanadas, ceviche and more) are offered in the upstairs lounge, Monday-Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. In addition to the La Bandera 'Rita, Cantina Laredo has a variety of margaritas perfect for celebratory sipping (menu outlined below).
