To celebrate the national holiday and the grand opening of the restaurant, Old Pueblo Cantina will be offering some specials and festivities on Mexican Independence Day.
Enchiladas that look like the Mexican flag (menu price based on protein). The enchilada will be tossed in sauce starting with Verde sauce, sour cream and Rojo sauce to resemble the flag.
