South Loop’s Taureaux Tavern has new May offerings. 

Taureaux Tavern is giving back during Mental Health Awareness Month with a partnership alongside NAMI Chicago. During May, this South Loop restaurnt will offer the “Cranium”. For every cocktail purchased, Taureaux Tavern will donate $1 to the organization. NAMI Chicago’s mission is to fight for those impacted by mental health conditions by promoting community wellness, breaking down barriers to mental health care and providing support and expertise for individuals, families and professionals alike. This specialty cocktail features Tequila, Mezcal Joven, Chili Liqueur, Lemon Juice, Honey Syrup and Mole Bitters. 

May brings the third month of Taureaux Tavern’s Gourmet Days. Every Monday and Friday, diners can select from a rotating monthly menu alongside the regular offerings. For May, diners can choose from a Northwoods supper club-inspired menu which includes a Classic Wedge Salad appetizer, a 12oz Ribeye with Cream of Spinach entree and a Pistachio Panna Cotta dessert. Reservations can be made via TOCK.
