The Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago and Marisol continue their Chef Collaboration Series with Chef Lawrence Letrero of Bayan Ko, the seventh chef to participate in the series at Marisol. Since 2023, the series has celebrated the diversity of Chicago food culture while uplifting the city’s culinary talents by platforming their signature dishes on Marisol’s menu.

Bayan Ko is a Michelin-recognized restaurant showcasing a menu inspired by Filipino and Cuban cuisine, and Chef Letrero’s heritage in particular. For the collaboration, Chef Letrero will serve a Filipino Pancit Noodle dish, featuring a combination of stir-fried Canton noodles, baby bok choy, carrot, gai lan, shitake mushroom, Chinese sausage, and a soy sesame sauce. The Filipino Pancit Noodle dish will be available starting March 4, 2025, for $21, offered during both lunch and dinner at Marisol.

In June, Chef Brian Jupiter of West Town’s Frontier will continue the Chef Collaboration Series.

Lunch hours are 11 am to 2 pm and dinner hours are 5:30 to 9 pm, Tuesday to Friday; brunch hours are 10:30 am to 2 pm, Saturday and Sunday. Museum admission is not required to eat at Marisol, and parking validation is available.
