Mariano’s provides a brand-new specialty Mac & Cheese bar “Not Just Mac & Cheese,” launched in early June at Mariano’s Lakeview East, located at 3030 N. Broadway Street. 

“Not Just Mac & Cheese” features 15 different versions, including options crafted by local chefs using their mac and cheese recipe as the base for their creations. 

“Not Just Mac & Cheese” will feature 15 different varieties of creamy goodness, including exclusive options handcrafted by Mariano’s local Chicago Tastemaker Chefs including: 

  • Bill Kim of urbanbelly, The Table at Crate, Timeout Market Chicago, Chef Bill Kim’s Pizza & Parm Shop (Pepperoni Pizza Mac & Cheese
  • Tony Priolo of Piccolo Sogno and Maillard Tavern (Cacio e Pepe Mac & Cheese
  • Sarah Grueneberg of Monteverde (Spring Mac & Cheese with Italian Sausage, Peas and Calabrian peppers) 
  • Giacomo Marinello of Marinello Tartufi (Truffle Mac and Cheese) 
  • Brian Jupiter of Frontier and Ina Mae Tavern (Cajun Chicken Mac & Cheese with Andouille Sausage
  • Dominque Leach of Lexington Betty Smokehouse (BBQ Brisket, Jack and Cheddar Mac & Cheese) 
  • Maciek Zurawski, Grillin’ with Dad of @grillin_with_dad (Grilled Chicken, Bacon and Ranch Mac & Cheese) 
  • Tony Fiasche of Tempesta Artisans and Tempesta Market (‘Nduja Mac & Cheese) 
  • Gary Zickel, Mariano’s own Chef and Director of Culinary Innovation, who also is an owner of Wood restaurant, developed the following menu of Mariano’s Signature Artisan Mac & Cheeses including:
