Maple & Ash has begun the year with a new brunch setup filled with new breakfast options, M&A staples, a bottomless Champagne option, and seafood towers that lets you create your own spread to start your morning.
Featured option of Maple’s new brunch menu include:
CHAMPAGNE IDGAF MENU: Those who have trouble deciding can ball out with the Champagne edition of I Don’t Give a F*@K,the morning version of their tasting menu which features chef-selected brunch dishes, fire-roasted seafood towers, caviar, and endless glasses of champagne ($175 per person).
SUSHI IN THE AM: The new menu introduces a handful of Maple’s signature downstairs rolls and nigiri flights to its upstairs dining room including theKessaku Tower adorned with sashimi, A5 wagyu nigiri, oysters and more.
MARTINI TREES: Load your party up with a martini tree that can hold up to twelve espresso martinis or coupes of Champagne.
A LA CARTE ENTREES & SIDES: For the main course, choose between a variety of breakfast dishes like Alaskan King Crab or Lobster Avocado Toast along with sides such as maple-glazed bacon and brown buttered golden potatoes. And for those who still need their fix, a lineup of the restaurant’s wood-fired steaks is also available.
