Maple & Ash is out with an entirely new Sunday brunch menu from Chef Danny Grant. Roving champagne carts, martini trees (tabletop towers that can hold a dozen espresso martinis or coupes of bubbles), and a rotating list of breakfast cocktails are on offer.

Brunch offerings are two fold:

  1. “Standard Maple Brunch”: Playing up the traditional stationed brunches served at country clubs and hotels, guests can take their pick of one entree from a pre-fixe menu along with sides for the table like Fire-Roasted Filet Mignon and Maple-Glazed Bacon, along with bottomless picks from sushi stations adorned with raw bar options like king crab and spicy tuna rolls and pastry tables decked to the nines.
  2. Champagne IDGAF Brunch: Danny and co. are giving their IDGAF tasting menu an AM makeover, and making a case for caviar, seafood towers, champagne and more. The coursed out menu is intended to be a surprise, but giving you a glimpse at what’s in store for fun:
  • Chef’s pick spread of standard brunch offerings
  • Caviar Service
  • Seafood Tower
  • One bottle of Champagne per perso
