On November 20th, Chef/Partner Danny Grant is presenting a four-course, truffle-centric dinner that will commence with a cocktail hour and iced seafood tower adorned with fixings like white truffle bluefin tuna nigiri, and black tiger prawns with white truffle aioli. Main course offerings include a White Truffle Raviolo All'Uovo Ricotta, Tournedos Rossini Wellington with Madeira truffle jus, and a White Truffle & White Chocolate Souffle to cap off the dining experience. Iced Seafood Tower

  • White truffle bluefin tuna nigiri

First Course 

  • Wagyu Beef Carpaccio

Third Course
