On February 20 from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., Executive Chef Austin Adler and Head Sommelier Mike Loveisky of Maple & Ash are welcoming Todd DeVincenzi of Inglenook Winery to present a four-course dinner that offers a taste of the winery's legacy. To set the tone for the evening, guests will be offered glasses of 2021 Inglenook Sauvignon Blanc and passed appetizers like fresh oysters and gougères with caviar. For the main courses, Inglenook wine pairings with dishes like Maple’s Fire-Roasted Seafood Towers and Foie Gras Tart made with fig, black olive, and licorice. Finish it off with a Chocolate and Black Truffle Soufflé along with a Celebration Shot to end the evening. Tickets for the evening are $300 and can be purchased on Seven Rooms
