hands-on sushi making class the last Monday of every month.
Each Maki Monday begins with a sake tasting where guests are guided
through three different types of sake. Then, Sunda’s award-winning chef
team helps the group recreate inventive signature sushi rolls like
Hamachi Oasis (Yellowtail, Mango, Cucumber, Jalapeño Aioli, Fried Shallots), Red Dragon (Shrimp Tempura, Spicy Tuna, Unagi, Jalapeño, Avocado, Tempura Cispies, Unagi Sauce), Rainbow (King Crab, Tuna, Salmon, Escolar, Hamachi, Asparagus, Avocado), and more. Proper sushi rolling techniques are learned as eating and drinking ensues.
