On November 12 from 7-19 pm, Lírica is hosting a 3-course whiskey dinner pairing prepared by their executive culinary team. A Glenrothes & Highland Park Brand Ambassador will guide guests through an exploration as they experience each whiskey, paired with chef-crafted dishes including Oysters Mignonettes, Braised Short Ribs and Wild Berries & Sabayon Sauce. Master Sommelier, Jill Zimorski will guide guests through pairings to each course including dishes such as Seared Sea Scallops, Roasted Colorado Rack of Lamb Chops and a Vanilla Creme Brulee. Tickets are $95 and include a welcome cocktail, 3-course dinner and tastings.
