The Hen, a new breakfast and brunch restaurant located at 2423 N. Clark St. is now open in Lincoln Park.
For The People (FTP) Hospitality, which also owns & operates The Duplex in Logan Square, has joined The Hen team as culinary and operations consultants. “We were thrilled to consult on this project and help make The Hen a dining destination in Lincoln Park,” says FTP Hospitality co-founder LeQoinne Rice.
Options from the menu, which was created by For The People Hospitality’s Executive Chef David Rodruigez, include:

Two 4oz Premium Beef Patties, covered in American Cheese, Bacon, a Sunny Side Up Egg and Tomato Jam

Bone-In Ham, Bacon, Sausage, Eggs, Green Pepper, Cheddar Cheese
Fried Chicken & Waffles
The Hen also offers an Oatmeal Bar in which guests can top Old Fashioned Oatmeal with their choice of 20 different toppings such as, Strawberries, Banana, Blueberries, Applies, Almonds, Granola, Walnuts, and more.
A Build-Your-Own Mimosa Package will be available that includes your choice of two fresh juices + a bottle of Cava and a myriad of original craft cocktails like the Monkey Fist (Gin, Rhum Agricole, Citrus, Coconut Cream, Passion Fruit, Sugar Cane) and the Concrete Jungle (Bourbon, Cachaca, Orgeat, Mango Puree, Cholula.) A selection of wines, beers, coffees, teas, juices and sodas are also available all day.
Weekly specials include Bottomless Mimosas for $37/person and a set of Happy Hour offerings from 1:00pm - 3:00pm Wednesday - Monday that includes a $10 Breakfast Burger, 1/2 Off Bottles of Wine, $10 Cocktails, $5 Highballs and more.
