Lettuce Entertain You Culinary Director Max Robbins Kicks Off Chef Pizza Series for February at WG Pizzas and Alex’s Washington Gardens

Lettuce Entertain You Culinary Director Max Robbins kicks off a brand new Chef Pizza Series for the entire month of February where his signature pizza will be available at both WG Pizzas and Alex’s Washington Gardens.

Robbins’ Chef Series Pizza for the entire month of February is “Pizza a la Vodka” with vodka sauce, Calabrian chilis, basil, smoked mozzarella, Wisconsin mozzarella, and Parmesan. At both restaurants, the 12” pizza is $23 and the 14” pizza is $25.

“The Pizza A La Vodka has classic old school flavors represented with really good ingredients and strong flavor profiles,” Robbins said. “The vodka sauce is kicked up with Calabrian chilies that add a little spice. A bunch of basil goes on top of the sauce and the heat from the oven opens up that flavor and permeates the entire pizza. The smoked mozzarella adds a ton of the flavor, and the Parmesan on top gives it savory and salinity notes. All the ingredients play into each other and the result is old school, delicious Italian flavors.”
