Part of Kinzie Chophouse's ongoing Guest Chef Series, Chef Lamar Moore is set to collaborate with the Kinzie Chophouse culinary team on Thursday, November 14th with a four course pre-fixe menu for dinner. The Guest Chef Series is meant to celebrate the Chicago steakhouse experience, bringing in collaborative culinary minds to contribute their own thoughts on what a steakhouse dinner looks like and means to them. 

Guests who make reservations to dine can choose to experience the pre-fixed menu and accompany the meal with wines, spirits, cocktails from the Kinzie Chophouse menu. 

Kinzie Chophouse X Chef Lamar Moore - Guest Chef Series Menu

  • Amuse - tasso and cheese Grougère
  • 1st course - Deviled Eggs Osteria caviar, chives, corto olive oil
  • 2nd course - Heirloom Tomato Salad Niman ranch bacon, pearson farm peaches, local tomatoes watercress, buttermilk dressing
  • 3rd course -  Dry aged Bone in Ribeye Cognac au poivre, bone marrow butter, collard green chimichurri, Carolina gold dirty rice , shallot -white wine poached asparagus
  • 4th course - Butta Cake Fuji apple compote, soy caramel
