King Crab Chicago, the city's oldest seafood house, just launched their new brunch menu. Brunch will be available every Saturday and Sunday from 11am-3pm.
Imbibe in a Sunrise Mimosa or Bloody Mary while indulging in one of these delicious brunch items at King Crab House:
The Waffle with Fresh Strawberries is piled high with the (most necessary) scoop of seasonal ice cream and topped with delicious whipped cream. It is big enough for one but we recommend sharing to leave room to try one of King Crab's flavorful benedicts.
The Crab Benedict features a generous amount of fresh, shredded crab atop sliced, ripe tomatoes and toasted English muffins. Two perfectly poached eggs are lathered in creamy hollandaise sauce.
The Florentine Benedict takes a break from the seafood-centric brunch menu with layers of steamed spinach on sliced tomato and English muffin. The texture of the spinach pairs well with the poached egg and buttery hollandaise sauce.
