Chef Jonathon Sawyer is hosting Kentucky to Kindling, an exclusive one-night-only dining experience on April 18th. This four-course wood-fire dining experience will feature speciality bourbon pairings hand-selected from the Angel’s Envy distillers. 

The Four-Course Menu will include:

  • First Course: Parker Rolls slathered with Grass-fed butter, bourbon-infused honey, and topped with smoked sea salt
  • Second Course: Nashville Hot Oyster - a Delaware Select Oyster Tempura with spicy chow chow relish and bourbon butter bread crumbs
  • Third Course: Smoked Beef Short Rib, slathered with Bourbon BBQ sauce and spicy pickles in between Martin’s potato slider buns
  • Fourth Course: Bourbon Apple Pie drizzled with smoked bourbon caramel sauce
