Juniper Spirits & Oysters Poochie Portraits Event, July 19

At Juniper’s dog-friendly Dearborn Street patio and indoor bar, doggos and their humans are welcome to enjoy the seafood-centric restaurant’s fare and craft cocktails while also getting a professional portrait snapped – perfect for an empty living room wall or at least an Instagram post. Juniper will not only be serving up food for people, but for man and woman’s best friend as well, with a menu of chef-driven dog treats and cocktails – such as a DogPerignon or a Hefewoofen – a doggie drink made from organic chicken broth, carrots, and malted barley. The inaugural Poochie Portraits happy hour will benefit local pet-friendly organization Save-a-Pet, with 5% of all purchases on July 19 benefiting the pet adoption service. Dog moms and dads can also enter to win a prize for their pooch via a drawing for gift cards and other prizes. Portraits are complimentary with the purchase of happy hour specials.
