Don’t stay cooped up this fall! Join Kendall College Trust (KCT) at its second annual Fried Chicken & Champagne Fest at the Kendall College Skyline Room (900 N. North Branch Street) on Saturday, October 22 from 11:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.(30 minute early entry for VIP ticket holders).
Kendall College Trust Executive Director Catherine De Orio and host of WTTW Chicago’s “Check, Please!”, has gathered a dozen award-winning chefs who can make clucking awesome fried chicken to fry-up their take on this classic dish. They will compete for the honor of three different awards; The Golden Hen best fried chicken (as determined by a panel comprised of food media/experts); People’s choice; and Best table decor.
Kevin Rebhan of Pops for Champagne has curated an impressive VIP champagne lounge with an array of special champagnes to sip. Now that’s something to give a cluck about!

All event proceeds from Fried Chicken & Champagne Fest benefit Kendall College Trust, a 501 (c)(3) not-for-profit organization that raises scholarship funds for premier culinary and hospitality students with financial need at Kendall College. To date KCT has awarded 1.8 million dollars in scholarship funds.
