Fabio Viviani, the Chicago chef behind local spots like Siena Tavern, Bar Siena and Prime & Provisions has announced the opening of JARS by Fabio Viviani, a fast casual gourmet dessert concept. Located at 905 W. Fulton St. (entrance on Peoria St.,) Fabio and team will be celebrating with a weeklong Grand Opening Event from February 27th – March 5th.
“JARS is a perfect blend of my passion for serving amazing, crave-able bites with picture-perfect presentation and creating a memorable experience for everyone who walks in the door," says Viviani.
The menu features treats, pies and desserts, all served in reusable jars. The 1,500 square foot space also has a section dedicated to Soft Serve Ice Cream. A selection of beverages like hot chocolate rounds out the menu. In addition to the 12 signature jars, Fabio and team will introduce limited edition flavors that will rotate on a weekly basis. Oreo Cookies & Cream: Buttery Pie Crust, Cookies & Cream Custard, Crushed Oreo Cookies, Vanilla Frosting
