III Forks has launched an "Italy to France" wine dinner series, taking place once per month at the Lakeshore East prime steakhouse. On Wednesday, September 26, guests may enjoy a three course menu highlighting the Rhone region (warm Rhone brie cheese; lamb chops; vanilla creme brulee) paired with French wines selected by Sommelier Anton Licko. The "Italy to France" wine dinner series will conclude on October 24 with a dinner featuring the flavors of Piedmont, Italy. Complete menus are detailed below.
The fee to participate is $55 per person (plus tax and gratuity). Seatings will be available between 6:30 and 7:30 p.m.
