III Forks has launched an "Italy to France" wine dinner series, taking place once per month at the Lakeshore East prime steakhouse. Starting on Wednesday, July 11, Chef Hans Aeschbacher will feature a three course menu (tuna carpaccio; shrimp and prosciutto risotto; Italian pear sorbet) paired with Tuscan wines selected by Sommelier Anton Licko. The "Italy to France" wine dinner series will continue on August 22 (Bordeaux, France), September 26 (Rhone, France) and October 24 (Piedmont, Italy).
Seatings are available between 6:30 and 7:30 p.m.
