The ALS Association Greater Chicago Chapter (GCC)) introduces a new fundraiser to benefit the fight against ALS and those living with the disease which has no known cause or cure, and no survivors. The IronHorse Ball scheduled March 10th combines a grand reception along with presentation of the IronHorse Awards honoring two patients living with ALS, Cutthroat Kitchen Champion Fabio Viviani, Siena Tavern, and an NFL representative. The event also offers live entertainment, chef tasting stations, specialty beverages and live/silent auctions.
Funds help ALS Association Greater Chicago Chapter offer free treatment and services to ALS patients and caregivers through five ALS clinics serving 71 counties across the Chicagoland area, Northern and Central Illinois and parts of Northwest Indiana. The ALS Association Greater Chicago Chapter has donated more than 8 million dollars to local, national, and international research projects since the Chapter was founded in 2004.
