With an array of ethnic dishes, and a complementary cocktail toast, families celebrate their glamorous mothers with a meal fit for a queen.

- Dosas: Lentil crepes stuffed with a choice of eight fillings and chutneys

- Frankies: Bombay’s renowned street fare with choice of eight fillings and chutneys

- Spanish Migas Frittata: Baked spinach eggs, pico de gallo, coriander kadai sweet potato

- “Anda Paratha” Loaded: Open layered flatbread paratha, indian “bhujiya” scrambled eggs, pico de gallo, topped with choice of chorizo/paneer/portabella

- Decadent desserts: Vermilion Hedonism, Spiced Churros with caramel coconut dip
