Now in its fourth year, Identitá Golose unites Michelin-starred Italian and American chefs for master cooking classes and an exclusive Pizza and Pasta event at Eataly Chicago, October 7-8, 2017
Identitá Golose returns to the United States for the fourth annual Identitá Chicago from October 7-8, 2017. Eataly Chicago will host the two-day event, featuring Corrado Scaglione, Davide Oldani, Sarah Grueneberg, and other prominent chefs.
For culinary enthusiasts looking to explore the realm of pasta and pizza, Identitá Chicago is hosting four Master Classes based around the theme “Great Ideas in the World: Pasta and Pizza”. All-star chef pairings like Sarah Grueneberg, Top-Chef runner-up and Executive Chef of Monteverde Restaurant & Pastificio, and Luciano Monosilio of Pipero in Rome will be preparing pasta dishes in an intimate setting, allowing guests to indulge in their creations and sip Italian wines. Pizza lovers will enjoy classes led by the likes of Corrado Scaglione of Enosteria Lipen in Triuggio, and Fernando Darin Ray’s & Stark Bar in Los Angeles. Tickets are $75 per person and available for purchase on the Eataly website.
In addition to the Master Classes, Identitá Chicago will be hosting its inaugural Pizza & Pasta event, allowing guests to eat their way through Eataly Chicago. Guests will have exclusive access to pizza made by world renown pizzaioli Vittorio and Saverio Borgia of Bioesseri in Milano and Corrado Scaglione of Enosteria Lipen near Milano, paired with pasta by Davide Oldani of D’O in Milano and Luciano Monosilio of Pipero in Roma. Guests will have the opportunity to try all four dishes by these award-winning chefs, along with food and beverage provided by Berlucchi Franciacorta, Grana Padano cheese, Aqua Panna still water, San Pellegrino sparkling water and Lavazza espresso. The Pizza and Pasta event will take place on Saturday, October 7 from 7-9 p.m. Tickets for the event are $48 per person and available for purchase on the Eataly website.
