The ladies of Hungry as F*ck invite you to celebrate the best things about womanhood this Galentine's Day with a pop-up brunch at Kimski.
On Sunday, February 18th, Hungry as F*ck's Amy Lecza and Kelly Ijichi will be cooking up a Galentine's brunch inspired and named after influential women. A few dishes that gals have to look forward to are "The Leslie Knope", named after everyone's favorite Park and Recreation leader, consists of a sourdough Belgian waffle, fresh fruit, hibiscus, pomegranate syrup and Leslie's favorite-whipped cream!
The other is "The Oprah Winfrey"-inspired by her love of bread this sweet and savory french toast is topped with Za'atar-brined fried chicken and dolloped with hot honey butter, preserved lemon and a fried egg.
As always, Hungry as F*ck welcomes monetary donations that will go towards The Awakenings Foundation. The foundation makes visible the artistic expression of survivors of sexual violence.
Brunch starts at 11 a.m.! Come celebrate ladies everywhere at Kimski for Galentine’s Day Brunch. All genders welcome! They will have lots of treats inspired by amazing women, coffee by our friends at Passion House Coffee Roasters, and Maria's Bar will be serving beverages. Mark your calendars! No tickets necessary, come as you are and brunch among friends.
