Howdy Kolache brings their stuffed buns to Chicago with their grand opening in Fulton Market on Friday Oct 14th.

Howdy Kolache serves filled breakfast buns with a variety of sweet and savory flavors for $5 each. Their menu includes options for meat and cheese-eaters, and vegetarians. They also collaborate with local chefs for limited edition kolaches.

“I’m really excited to bring this Texas tradition to the Chicago area,” says co-founder and Houston-native, Eric Liu. “Kolaches are a Texas staple, and you don’t see these a lot anywhere else. We’ve been working really hard to experiment with different flavors so that everyone finds something that they like; and I’m grateful to have a team that is just as passionate about bringing these pastries to Chicago as I am.”

Howdy Kolache is located at 817 W Fulton Market, and their storefront is open M-F 8am-2pm and Sat/Sun 9am-2pm. You can also find them in 35 coffee shops across the Chicagoland area.
