On Sunday, December 18, the South Loop locale partners with Toys for Tots and Greater Chicago Food Depository for a family-friendly brunch. From 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., bring along the kids and soak in festive décor as Acadia opens for brunch for one day only.
In honor of the holiday spirit, Acadia invites guests bringing canned goods and other non-perishable food items, along with children’s toys, contributing to an onsite Toys for Tots toy drive and a Greater Chicago Food Depository food drive. Plus, a portion of the brunch proceeds benefit each charity. All donations make an impact on families in need, and Acadia opens its doors to brunch with a purpose this season.
The special brunch begins with complimentary pastries including morning buns, apple cider, beignets, and pumpkin muffins. Children’s menu items are also available and for adults seeking a midmorning cocktail, Bloody Marys and mimosas are offered throughout the day. Menu highlights include:
Chowder Poutine, Over Easy Egg, Bacon ($10)
Maine Lobster Eggs Benedict, Serrano Ham, Truffle Hollandaise ($18)
Smoked Cheddar Mac n' Cheese ($12)
Croissant Egg Sandwich - Scrambled Eggs, Chives, Farmer's Cheese, House Bacon or Ham, Country Potatoes ($14)
Reservations and more information on Acadia’s holiday brunch can be found by visiting https://acadiachicago.tocktix.com or calling (312) 360-9500.
Donation drives will remain at Acadia for the whole week, allowing other diners to give back this season.
