Vermilion is spicing up weeknights and weekends with its happy hour specials! Enjoy half off Vermilion’s signature 3-C Sangria infused with cardamom, clove and cinnamon and street-fare inspired appetizers from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. daily.

The Indian-Latin fusion restaurant also offers “herb & spice” cocktails featuring an array of spices such as ginger and saffron, as well as locally inspired cocktails from its “An Ode To Chicago” collection. From its Pani Puri Margarita (tequila, tamarind, chili, mint) to its Botanical Garden (gin, elderflower liquor, mint, lime, ginger beer) and 1984 Dystopian Hangover (vodka, strawberries, balsamic, black pepper), the contemporary restaurant is turning up the heat during happy hour.
