Happy Hour and Tuscan Toasts at Bagels By The Book

Bagels By The Book, a sibling-owned handmade bagel shop in Libertyville, has added Happy Hour and new Tuscan Toasts to their menu offerings. The daily happy hour dining deal features half-price bagels at the counter from 1-2 p.m. The current selections, include individual options, half dozen and baker's dozen offerings ranging from $1.30 to $12.

With that, Bagels By The Book has added Tuscan Toasts to the menu. The three new selections include: Avocado Toast (avocado, arugula and everything bagel seasoning $6); Green Goddess Toast (pesto cream cheese, avocado, arugula, cucumber, salt and pepper $7); and Smoked Salmon Toast (avocado, arugula, smoked salmon and cucumber $11).

Bagels By The Book features daily baked bagels, made-to-order breakfast and lunch sandwiches, muffins, bowls, lox, biscuits, sides and sweets paired with Big Shoulders coffee, Buddha organic teas, juices and more.

The restaurant's hours are: Monday-Saturday, 6:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Sunday, 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Dine-in, carry out, online ordering and catering are available.
